advantage of free math tutoring offered by their college.

Out of a random sample of 4800 students, 2256 use the free math

tutoring. Find a point estimate for the proportion of all students that

use free math tutoring offered by their college.

The point estimate is just the sample proportion, p^ (read 'p-hat')

p^ = 2256/4800 = 0.47
