Philosophy 101 - Rachels

Question

Hi, I have an exam on Monday and need someone to explain the following: a) how Rachels critiques moral cultural relativism, and b) how he argues some sort of objectivism is necessary. You may use other thinkers as counter-positions or to augment Rachels.
