Convert 0.0424 moles sucrose to grams of sucrose:
molar mass sucrose = 342.30 g / mole
0.0424 moles x 342.30 g / mole = 14.51 g sucrose
Next, determine grams of cereal needed to contain 14.51 g of sucrose:
14.51 g sucrose x 60.0 g cereal / 11.0 g sucrose = 79.2 g cereal needed
...or done another way:
you have 11.0 g / 60.0 g cereal = 0.183 g sucrose / g cereal
14.5 g / 0.183 g = 79.2 g cereal
