The figure shows a circle and three secants. Points P, S, T, U, V lie on the circle. Secants Q W and Q T intersect in the exterior of the circle at point Q. The measure of angle W Q T is 36 degrees. The measure of the intercepted arc that is closest to the angle is 20 degrees. Secants Q T and S W intersect in the interior of the circle. The measure of formed angle is 99 degrees. Secants S W and Q W intersect in the exterior of the circle at point W. Point V lies on secant Q W. Point U lies on secant S W. Point P lies on secant Q W.
