perhaps what is wanted is:
is it certain the terminal point is in 1st quadrant?
if so, then measure of angle A is 49.8 degrees plus k*360 degrees k=0,+1,-1,....
angle 409.8 degrees has same tan(A) value as angle 49.8 degrees.
If the angle can be in third quadrant, -24.5/-20.9 is often simplified to 24.5/20.9
if so then A=49.8 degrees plus k*180 degrees.
