While each session is customized to address the unique needs of every individual student or client, here are some general topics covered in our curriculum:
- Introduction to Improv: Through improvisational exercises, students learn crucial communication skills such as extemporaneous speaking, active listening, collaboration, and conflict resolution, while building self-confidence.
- Speaking Off the Cuff: Mastering impromptu speaking is essential for handling unexpected situations like job interviews, panel discussions, or public introductions. Students learn various structures to tackle spontaneous speaking scenarios.
- Choreography: Students acquire skills to move purposefully, both in-person and on virtual platforms, mastering gestures, eye contact, and vocal expressions to engage their audience effectively.
- Storytelling: Understanding the art of storytelling helps students connect with others and share experiences. They explore the secrets of compelling storytelling and practice reflective exercises to discover meaningful stories from their lives.
- Speech craft: Students learn to craft well-organized speeches and presentations, covering elements like topic selection, message clarity, captivating openings, and memorable conclusions.
- Embellishing Your Talk/Humor Workshop: This interactive workshop teaches students how to enrich their speeches with vivid language, rhetorical devices, and humor to engage and entertain their audience effectively.
In addition to public speaking, our curriculum also includes interpersonal communication courses:
- Keys to Turning Conflict into Collaboration: Students learn essential keys like curiosity, vulnerability, accountability, and compassion to transform conflicts into collaborative opportunities.
- Keys to Intra-Communication: Focusing on internal communication, students learn to start from within, face outward, and express themselves authentically to foster better self-awareness and communication skills.

For individuals dealing with health conditions like anxiety, depression, Asperger's syndrome, ADHD, or ASD (borderline autism), as well as those facing personality challenges such as low self-esteem and lack of confidence, our sessions are uniquely tailored to meet their specific needs. Therefore, we don't provide detailed descriptions for these sessions.
