Finding an in-person tutor

I'm only finding online tutors. How do I select for in person tutors? Thanks, Liz

Hi,


I know for me, I offer both because it is really such a specialty area. It can be hard to find people that specialize in working with autistic students (especially neuro-affirming non-ABA based ones). At the same time I have the opposite problem because a lot of people tend to think that online tutoring will not work for most autistic people. I really think it just depends on the autistic person. I would not completely write-off online tutoring unless you have tried it and it did not work. I understand the struggle though.
