I have had the privilege of studying and collaborating with world-renowned teachers and musicians, which has been invaluable in shaping my approach to teaching. Drawing from this wealth of experience, I have developed teaching techniques that have proven to be highly effective. My goal is to impart a wide range of skills to my students in a manner that is both easy to understand and supportive. I am dedicated to fostering creativity, enhancing musicianship, and refining performance techniques in my students, ultimately empowering them to reach their full potential.

I have been immersed in music since the age of five, beginning in gospel choir and continuing through concert choir in elementary, middle, high school, and college. I marched in the Ocean of Soul for four years, which strengthened my musicianship, discipline, and performance endurance.

I am a member of Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority and Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, both of which emphasize musical excellence, leadership, and service.

In addition to formal ensemble experience, I continue to train musically and produce music, which keeps my understanding of rhythm, tone, and theory active and evolving. My background blends structured classical training with performance-based experience, allowing me to teach both technical precision and expressive artistry.
