Artificial Intelligence (AI) focuses on making machines simulate human intelligence—learning, reasoning, and decision-making. Intelligent Automation (IA) combines automation tools (like workflows or RPA) with AI to handle repetitive tasks more efficiently while adding “smarts” to the process. For example, AI might predict customer needs, while IA can use that prediction to automatically trigger the right action. In sectors like healthcare or insurance, companies such as Agentra could apply both AI and IA to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
