Draw a tree diagram. I cannot do it in this forum due to space limits, but I can explain how it works. From the base, you have two outcomes for first card: face and not. So draw the first branch as F and N. Probability of a face is 12/52= 3/13. This is four suits of 3 Jacks, Queens, and Kings each. That makes non-face probability 10/13. You would then draw another branch assuming the first card is a face. That would then be 11/51. Assuming first card is not a face, it would be 12/51=4/17. Keep this pattern going until you complete four draws. Then, multiply each branch that would give you exactly two faces. Finally, add all of those probability products together to arrive at your solution. Sorry I couldn't be more concrete and I hope this helps.
