A(aq) + B(s) <==> C(aq) ... K = 9.40
[A] = 18.4 mol / 9.20 L = 2.00 M
Write the equilibrium expression:
K = [C] / [A]
Set up an ICE table:
A(aq) + B(s) <==> C(aq)
2.00 M...................0............Initial
-x..........................+x..........Change
2.00-x....................x...........Equilibrium
Fill in the equilibrium expression and solve for x:
9.40 = x / 2-x
x = 18.8 - 9.40x
10.40x = 18.8
x = 1.81 M = [C] at equilibrium

Thank you. I stopped at 18.8 which was why I kept getting it wrong.12/01/23
