Density = Mass/ Volume
Mass = 33gm
Volume = ∏ r2 * Length
Volume = ∏ (0.5)2 *7 = 3.14*0.5*0.5*7 = 5.495 cm3
Density = 33/5.495 gm/cm3 = ?
6.00 gm/cm3

Hi Aniyah M
If your rod is a solid cylinder then you could use the volume calculation for a cylinder and plug that into your density calculation
Volume of a cylinder is the height times the radius squared x pi since the Density is mass divided by volume. You would have
33g/(7cm*((0.5cm2)∏))
I hope this helps but only you can let us know what your rod looks like
