a. Amount of fat is a ratio level measurement. There is a true 0 as it means no fat ff it is zero. Also it is a measured quantity (with units as grams)

b. This is interval level of measurement. Although the temperatures is also a measured quantity (in °C or °F)

but there is no true zero (0°C doesn’t mean “no temperature”).
