It's really hard to guess what the problem is without a diagram but I'm guessing its like this:

CPCTC means "Corresponding Parts of Congruent Triangles are Congruent"

The key to the problem is the theorem that states that if the opposite sides of a quadrilateral are both parallel and congruent, then the quadrilateral is a parallelogram.
