If you have a TI-84, you can use the "normalcdf" function for this. To do so, push the "distr" button (push the blue "2nd" button and then "vars", which is 3 buttons above the "9"), then cursor down to "2:normalcdf(" and hit enter. For the "lower", type in 503. For the "upper", type in 632. For the mean (μ), type in 566. For the standard deviation (σ), type in 39. Then scroll down to "Paste" and hit "enter" and then hit "enter" again. The result is the probability of selecting a fruit between 503 and 632 grams which is in the range of 0.9 (you'll need to do the above to get the exact answer)..
If you don't have a TI-84 and you are using tables, it's a longer process. Let me know if you need help with that.
