If you got 2 tickets, the probability would be (0.91)(0.98) = 0.8918

If you only got 1 ticket, the probability would be (0.91)(0.02)+(0.98)(0.09) = 0.1064

Note that 0.02 is the complement of 0.98, which is the probability of failing to obtain a ticket from a website.

Also note that 0.09 is the complement of 0.91, which is the probability of failing to obtain a ticket by telephone.

Therefore, to obtain at least one ticket, the probability would be 0.8918+0.1064 = 0.9982
