Hi Pam, yes that is significant. But there has been some criticisms lately, at least in the natural sciences, on how much information p-values can really provide. Some other useful things to look at to increase the confidence of your analysis could include the 95% confidence intervals on the effect size or the F-statistic/t-statistic.
