There is no equation for which Keq = [Ag+][CrO42-]. The reason being that Ag has a +1 and CrO4 has a -2, so this can't be. The compound that gives rise to Ag+ and CrO42- would be Ag2CrO4 (silver chromate).
Then the equation would be Ag2CrO4(s) <==> 2Ag+(aq) + CrO42-(aq)
Keq = [Ag+]2[CrO42-] = Ksp
