This requires us to know how to draw the Lewis structure, which is difficult to do on this platform, but I'll describe it best I can. Review if necessary.
A) PF3 ... P in center with 3 F atoms attached. Each F has 3 lone pairs and the P has 1 lone pair of electrons. Electron geometry = tetrahedral. Molecular shape = trigonal pyramidal. It is polar.
B) SeBr4 ... Se in center with 4 Br atoms attached. Each Br has 3 lone pairs of electrons, and the Se has 1 lone pair (expanded octet). Electron geometry = trigonal bipyramidal. Molecular shape = seesaw
