Peyton, there is a simple formula for the mean of a binomial probability distribution, which I gave in the answer to a different problem that you asked.
Please check that out.
A better question here would be... do we get the same answer if we add up all of the x * P(x) values in the table? I encourage you to take the time to work out solutions. I know it's June, you are probably taking a Stats class during a summer term just to get it out of the way.
But along the way, you may discover some things about Statistics, or Probability, or about yourself, that may surprise you.
I encourage you to read/study your textbook, or go to "statology.org" as I had suggested, whip out Excel and put your data in, create interesting bar graphs with the data.
