THIS IS VERY SAD and not characteristic of Richard C. THERE WAS NO AUDIO!! It was unclear which of the FIVE methods of proving that a quadralateral was used (opposite sides are parallel -- same slope). Then, to frustrate even a good student, corrections were made during the solution. I expect much more from a "Confidence-building Geometry tutor.06/14/23
