(a) W (-4, 0); I (3, 7); S(6, 4); H(-1, -3)
(b) W (1, 1); I (-2, 4); S(-5, 1); H(-2, -2)

Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
a) rectangle
b) square & rectangle, as all squares are rectangles, but if you had to choose one, go with square
all angles are 90 degrees which eliminates rhombus
for b) all side lengths equal, for a) all side lengths not equal
find the slopes to determine the angles, find the lengths using Pathagorean Theorem, or distance formula
for WI, IS, SH and WH
helps to plot the points, and sketch the quadrilaterals. from looking at the sketch, if to scale enough, you can tell what they are
or you could do this all with just calculating slopes and lengths of the 4 angles and lengths
