In the figure I think you were trying to indicate that line a is parallel to line b, and there is a transversal line crossing lines a and b. If so, then the measure of angle 2x + 30 is supplemental to the measure of angle 4x.
2x + 30 +4x = 180
6x + 30 = 180
6x = 180 - 30
6x = 150
x = 25
Checking
2(25) + 30 + 4(25) = 180
50 + 30 + 100 = 180
