the question is If m>BEC = (3x - 15) solve for x. it makes no sense to me because there isnt a single number on the rhombus please help

I going to assume that the rhombus is ABCD and that point E is where the diagonals cross. The "special parallelogram" fact you need to know is that the diagonals of a rhombus intersect at right angles (90°). Hence:
m∠BEC = 90°
3x - 15 = 90
Solve for x.
