Since y=4 is just a horizontal line, then x=2 would be a vertical and perpendicular line that passes through (2,5). Recall that perpendicular lines form a 90° angle and also have negative reciprocal slopes.

Simply graph the lines y=4 and x=2 into a graphing calculator like Desmos and you will see the two lines form a right angle (90°). Also, the line x=2 will pass the point (2,5) because the value of x doesn't change.05/07/23
