I drew a rectangle like the question asked. If the rectangle's length is the same length as the midline of the trapezoid, then I have succeeded. But I don't know how to prove that.

615.The area of a trapezoid can be found by multiplying its altitude (the distance between the parallel sides) by the length of its midline. Explain why this formula works. One approach is to find a suitable rectangle that has the same area as the trapezoid.

It should be added that each triangle which is rotated is congruent to the triangle it rotates on to because all angles are equal and the heights are equal, i.e. h/2
