Again, as in your previous question, note that the concentrations of ions are NOT 1 M, so we will use the Arrhenius equation:
Ecell = Eº - RT/nF ln Q and at 298K this reduces to...
Ecell = Eº - 0.0592 / n log Q
Ecell = ?
Eº = 1.100
n = 2 mol electrons
Q = [Cu2+] / [Zn2+] = 1.00 / 0.10 = 10
Ecell = 1.100 - 0.0296 log 10
Ecell = 1.100 - 0.0296
Ecell = 1.070 V
