If all of the iron from Question 1 is diluted in a 50-mL flask (Sample Stock Solution), what is the concentration, in ppm, of the resulting solution?

You didn't provide the units for the 0.1506, but If you had 0.1506 g of Fe in 50 mls, then you have 0.1506 g / 50 ml = 0.003012 g Fe / ml
ppm is the same as mg / L, so converting 0.003012 g to mg and mls to liters, we have...
0.003012 g x 1000 mg / g = 3.012 mg
1 ml x 1 L / 1000 ml = 0.001 L
3.012 mg / 0.001 L = 3012 mg / L = 3012 ppm
