Because H2O(l) is formed along with an aqueous (aq) species, the net ionic equation is simply the formation of the H2O:
2H+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ==> 2H2O(l) .. net ionic equation
If you want to see the details of this, write the total ionic equation and then cancel the spectator ions:
2H+(aq) + 2Br-(aq) + Ba2+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ==> 2H2O(l) + Ba2+(aq) + 2Br-(aq) .. total ionic equation
