(2x+6)/5 = 4x-3 we must move the variables Xs to the left side and all constants to the right side
(2x+6) = 5(4x-3) here we move 5 from being a denominator to multiply on the other side.
then:
2x +6 = 20X -15 now we move Xs to the left and constants to the right side
2X - 20X = -15 -6 now we simplify
-18X = -21
X = (-21/-18) now we simplify the right side by dividing the numerator and denominator by 3
X = 7/6 this proves the answer. Good luck.
