I'm guessing that the product of this reaction should be C-12 and not B-12.
An 𝛼 particle is essentially a helium nucleus: 42He, so we can write the following:
94Be + 42He ==> 10n + 126X
X would be Carbon (atomic number 6, atomic mass 12)
So, answer should be 94Be + 42He ==> 10n + 126C
Be-9 + alpha particle ==> neutron + C-12
OR
94Be + 42He ==> 125B + 11H
