Math and Statistics need not be scary
Simple. Ask a complete question, possibly get an answer.
Ask an incomplete question, Zero chance of getting answer. If Melody is actually interested in being shown how to get an answer to the question of the probability of the mean of a group of test takers being larger than a given standard the population variance has to be known or estimable. It is not. Include the needed information and PERHAPS an answer might be forthcoming.
