It seems you are asking several questions of the same type. I answered your first one, and I'll answer this in the hope you can do the others. One easy way to tell if a salt is neutral acidic or basic, is to look to see how it was formed.
If formed from a STRONG ACID + STRONG BASE ==> neutral salt
If formed from a STRONG ACID + weak base ==> acidic salt
If formed from STRONG BASE + weak acid ==> basic salt
If formed from weak acid + weak base ==> more difficult to determine and must look at Ka and Kb values
CsBr is formed formed from a STRONG BASE (CsOH) and a STRONG ACID (HBr). So CsBr is a NEUTRAL salt.
CsOH + HBr ==> CsBr + H2O
