I am trying to send a request to Wes C in Chicago for photoshop help- but your site will not let me send the request _ required me to log into another. browser - I did and nothing from WYzant or Wes C?

I recommend checking the tutors' profile directly to confirm if he/she/they are currently accepting students as that is an option for tutors in case they'd like to or need to suspend tutoring request for whatever reason that may be. It would certainly make sense as to why you may not be getting a response.
