Hello Nasrin,
The formula for arc length is:
S = rθ where S = arc length, r = radius and θ = central angle in RADIANS
With that said, the angle given in the problem must be converted into radians: θ = 50 π/180 radians
Arc length = S = 55 * 50 π/180
Enter that in your calculator and round the answer to 2 decimal places (a.k.a only keep 2 digits to the right of the decimal). Because the radius is in inches, the arc length will also be in inches.
