Use stoichiometry of the balanced equation along with dimensional analysis to solve the problem:
3.47 mol H2O2 x 1 mol O2 / 2 mol H2O2 = 1.74 mols O2 formed
If you want the grams of O2 formed, just convert the 1.735 mols to grams using molar mass of O2:
1.74 mols O2 x 32 g O2 / mol = 55.7 g O2 formed
