You can use z-calculator online. You can use TI-83 or higher - go to 2nd dist and cdfnorm on menu. give high and low values of z (mu = 0 and sigma = 1 are default values). You can use a standard normal distribution table (giving left area) and find the area to the left of the high z and subtract the area to the left of the low z.
