Were trying to find any option as long as its not a Male who got a C,
we will find this by finding the compliment probability which is 1 - the probability of the event occurring.
So the probability that the person picked is a Male who got a C, is 19/59 = .322 or 32.2%
Therefore the probability that the person chosen is not a Male who got a C, is 1 - .322 = .678
