Draw a picture of the normal distribution, label the parts that you know. For each of the percentiles that you are looking for identify the area under the curve that matches to the percentile. Example, the 50th percentile should be at the mean of your diagram, which has the lower 50% to the left of the mean and 50% to the right of your mean.

Arithmetic Mean: Is the sum of a set of measurements divided by the
number of measurements in the set. u= (1+2+3+4+5)=15/5=3  =Mean
 
          Standard Deviation: The Standard Deviation of a set of measurements is the
positive SQUARE ROOT of the variance.
 
The variance of a set of n measurements is the sum of the SQUARED DEVIATIONS of the measurements from their mean divided by (n-1)
