You can use the Henderson Hasselbalch equation:
pH = pKa + log [salt] / [acid]
pH = ?
pKa = -log Ka = -log 3.5x10-8 = 7.46
[salt] = 0.374 M (I'm guessing since you didn't put it in the original question)
[acid] = 0.275 M (I'm guessing since you didn't put it in the original question)
Solving for pH we have ...
pH = 7.46 + log (0.374 / 0.275) = 7.46 + 0.13
pH = 7.59
