Statistics and Probability

the time it takes me to wash the dishes is uniformly distributed between 6 minutes and 11 minutes. What is the probability that washing dishes tonight will take me between 8 and 10 minutes? Give your answer accurate to two decimal places.

If the problem is uniformly distributed, it means that each value has an equal likelihood of happening. Thus, you have 5 total minutes in the range of values and it's asking what the probability is that the time is between 8 and 10 minutes (2 total minutes). I would imagine this is a matter of calculating the probability by dividing the target value (2 minutes) by the total range of values (5 minutes). I'm not putting this as an expert answer because I'm hypothesizing here, I haven't seen a uniform distribution problem in quite some time - so there may be some nuance I'm missing.
