You should have been provided standard reduction potentials. Don't think we can answer this without such information.
From those, you calculate the Eº of the cell. Once you have the Eº, you can find K (equilibrium constant)
Eºcell = RT/nF log K = 0.0592/n log K and just solve for K using n = 2
b). Same idea as above but n = 6 moles electrons
