Alka‑Seltzer is marketed as a remedy for stomach problems, such as heartburn or indigestion, and pain relief. It contains aspirin, sodium bicarbonate, and citric acid, and is effervescent when placed in water. 

Enter the equation for the reaction of one sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) molecule with one citric acid (C6H8O7) molecule. Do not include phases.

NaHCO₃ + C₆H₈O₇ ==> NaC₆H₇O₇ + CO₂ + H₂O reaction for ONE molecule each of NaHCO3 & C₆H₈O₇

(please note that this equation is not balanced as it would take 3 molecules of NaHCO3 to completely react with 1 molecule of citric acid)
