y - (5/3)x = -10
You can use slope intercept form to find this since you are given two points
y = mx +b
m =(0-(-5))/6-3 = 5/3
y=(5/3)x + b
Solve for b use a set of the coordinates
-5 = (5/3)(3)+b
-5 = 5 + b
-5-5 = b
-10 =b
Slope Intercept form is
y =(5/3)x - 10
Standard form is
y - (5/3)x = -10
To clear the denominator we can multiply the entire equation by 3
3y - 5x = -30
