Rotating 180° means you just take the negative of each "x" and each "y". In this case, the "x" is 4 so taking the negative makes it -4 and the "y" is 9 so taking the negative is -9. So the image of (4, 9) rotated 180° is (-4, -9)
Notice that it doesn't matter if you go counterclockwise or clockwise, you end up at the same place.
