My Tutor didnt show up for our 1st session.

Help! It's 20 minutes into my appointment time ( 8 pm Eastern Standard Time) and my tutor for the Series 65 has not shown up yet. He did send me an invite for this 8 pm slot earlier today, which I accepted. I logged on a few minutes before our appt time to make sure all systems work well and get my study materials together but so far he hasn't shown up or communicated anything about needing to cancel or reschedule.


I wanted to make sure I will not be charged for this session since my tutor is a no-show.


Please advise.
