Thanks for providing the picture! It was needed to solve the problem.
Angle 7 = 6x + 4, Angle 15 = 14x - 4 and you want Angle 13.
When two lines are parallel, the line that crosses both of them creates the same angles in the same positions.
Angle 7 = Angle 13, Angle 15 = Angle 2
Angle 7 + Angle 2 = 180 so Angle 7 + Angle 15 = 180 or 6x + 4 + 14x - 4 = 180,
(add x's and numbers) 20x = 180
(divide both sides by 20) x = 9
Angle 7 = 6(9) + 4 = 58 so Angle 13 = 58
