You will have to use the distance formula to find the length of each side of the quadrilateral, then add those measures together. Since the problem has been incorrectly stated (R and S have the same coordinates) here is a Desmos graph which has a movable point R. Notice that Desmos has a "distance" function to determine the distance between two defined points. Notice how it is also possible to calculate the distance manually using:
