Not sure what csp means, but will show how to find final temperature (Tfinal).
heat lost by hot tin must equal heat gained by cooler water
heat lost by hot tin = q = mC∆T
q = (18.8 g)(0.227 J/gº)(97.21 - Tf) = 415 - 4.27Tf (0.227 is specific heat for tin)
heat gained by water = q = mC∆T
q = (78.5 g)(4.184 J/gº)(Tf - 21.84) = 328Tf - 7163
415 - 4.27Tf = 328Tf - 7163
332.2Tf = 7578
Tf = 22.8ºC
(be sure to check the math)
