Cannot draw Lewis structures on this Wyzant platform, but will do my best to describe the structures.
a) CF4 - has 4 + 28 = 32 valence electrons with C as central atom
Put C in the center and attach 4 F atoms each with a single bond. Put 3 lone pairs of electrons around each F atom. Done. The C-F bond is polar. The compound is not polar
b) HBr - has 1 + 7 = 8 valence electrons. H-Br. Put 3 lone pairs of electrons around the Br atom.
The H-Br bond is polar. The compound is polar.
c) N2 - has 5 + 5 = 10 valence electrons
:N ≡ N: and put 1 lone pair of electrons on each N atom (as shown). The bond is not polar and the compound is not polar.
